One by One, Hurrah, Hurrah

I have this sudden fascination obsession with ants. Therefore, I thoroughly recommend Journey to the Ants, by Bert Hölldobler and E. O. Wilson, which I checked out in an ant-crazed frenzy. I'm just trying to find a copy of SimAnt and a computer to play it on. I guess Mac OS 10.4 and onward no longer supports Classic--that's what I'm told, anyway.

I still possess a mad bee-phobia, however. Apiphobia? I bet you a quarter that's what it's called. All social insects are not created equal.

Oh, mindfuck--my parents are having another kid.

Dooey, where have you gone? I need a new URL.

I am almost finished knitting this.

I just bought this today, and it blows my mind. It's Age of Empires the way I always wanted to play it--no war, no fortifications, just a little village slowly progressing. Age of Empires meets The Sims, if you will. With cutesy animation.

Speaking of cutesy, go here. Find the pictures of the baby moose. I swoon just thinking about it.

Anyone heard anything about Sims 2 Seasons for Mac yet? I guess the rumor mill has settled on late August 2007. I'm pissed about Aspyr's new supersecret way of doing things.

It is really, really cold here. Last week it was 75 degrees; tonight it's 16.

I'll be able to buy my baby sister beer when she's 10 months old.
