And You Don't Love Your Mother

When I was in high school, before I got a cell phone, I had a bright yellow plastic cordless telephone in my room. I referred to it exclusively as the Yellowphone. I have no idea why I suddenly remembered this, but it brings me great waves of nostalgic, dorky delight.

Listen to Regina Spektor. She makes me hap-hap-happy in all the right ways, especially in the indie bitch way when I get to mention "Modern Girls and Old Fashion Men."

Now Regina Spektor I can get behind!

Sadly I never got any phones for my room until I got a cellphone. It was fun for my parents to see me try and leap down a flight of stairs to get to the phone in time I guess.
